…but our motto should be “work smart and spend smart” Why do we hand over 50% of each massage to an employer? Often it’s because it makes the best sense from your current choices. Why do we pay for a full time office when we don’t use it 50 hours a week? Again, often because we don’t think there is an option. There is this option…have your own practice AND only pay rent per client. No lease, no utilities, no split, no fear of covering your costs. If you are working with a spa, you CAN start to grow your own practice. If you have your own practice, you CAN control your costs and work for the client and not for the rent. !joy!

i suggest you come see our facilities (call 410-660-5346)and then do a little math. How much money do you currently give back for each client you see? How much does it cost you per month to see the clients you see, and earn what you earn? How many clients do you need to see a month in order to pay for your office? When are you planning to charge $60-$80 per session and keep more than 50% after your costs or your split? See what i am getting at?
If you rent here with us, you take home everything except the 18.75 that the office cost you for an hour session. If you use 12 hours a month, your costs per hour are even less. If you use 20 hour a month, you would only pay $10/hr for treatment space. You can cancel and have lost nothing. And you can say “yes” to clients 7 days a weeks. ( you can go on vacation and have no rent to pay!)If you have set times each month ( like an old fashioned schedule) that you want to reserve every month and forgo flexibility, the rates are half as much!You can behave and book as if you have a full time office!!! No utility bills. no cleaning or vacuuming, absolutely no equipment, utilities, building maintenance, leases or wifi bills. Focus on your business. It’s possible
